Rigorous Quality Control & Exceptional Production Capacity
The FromBio GMP Iksan Plant, in collaboration with our in-house Food R&D Center, oversees the entire process—
from sourcing domestic and international raw materials to development and final production.
State-of-the-Art Facilities
In 2023, we completed the expansion of Iksan GMP Plant 2. Our facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art freeze-drying line
that is GMP and HACCP certified, as well as a wide range of production lines including tablets, powder sticks,
and hard capsules. With the establishment of these new lines, we are now capable of providing versatile
contract manufacturing services.
Freeze-Drying Line
Our freeze-drying technology rapidly freezes ingredients at approximately -50°C before drying them in a low-temperature vacuum.
This state-of-the-art system reduces drying time by 50%, minimizing damage or alteration to heat-sensitive materials.
Discovery and Research of Diverse Domestic and International Natural Materials
Leveraging our modern facilities, the Iksan Plant manufactures FromBio health functional foods using high-quality
natural ingredients. Based on years of research and collaboration with our R&D center, we identify diverse
natural materials from both domestic and international sources. Furthermore, we manufacture higher quality products by
adhering to stringent quality control standards.
